Sign Ordinance Update

The City of Saratoga has updated the City’s sign regulations in order to conform to the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. In general, the updated sign regulations must be “content neutral” and only address sign size, design, placement, lighting, and materials, regardless of the message of the sign.

.
. The Sign Ordinance was approved by the City Council  on May 2nd 2012

The Sign Ordinance will be published and take effect June 4, 2012
