This nearly 10 acre park sits on Glen Brae Drive. On the east is Saratoga Creek; south of the park is the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, and north is the State-owned transportation corridor. Congress Springs has 6 soccer fields, 6 baseball diamonds, 2 age-appropriate children's play areas, on-site parking, picnic facilities with barbeque (2 are reservable here, see below). There is an open turf practice field, concession stand, (owned and operated by local sports leagues), restrooms, & drinking fountains.
