Refund Policy

The City of Saratoga Recreation Department is proud of the quality programs and camps we are able to offer to the community.  In the event a participant chooses to withdraw from an activity, transfers or refunds will be granted after an online form is received and all criteria below are met.

Refunds for Classes/Camps

With 5 business days’ notice before a class/camp begins, you may request and receive a refund, less a $10 processing fee for classes up to $100, or $25 processing fee for classes over $100 per person for each activity. 

Transfers for Classes/Camps

With 5 business days’ notice before a class/camp begins, you may request a transfer, less a $10 processing fee per person for each activity.

Refunds & Transfers for Trips

No Refunds or transfers for trips.  Please be sure of your selection.  However, if a wait list exists for the trip you may request and receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee.  If the trip is canceled by the City of Saratoga Recreation Department, you will receive a full refund, or you can request to transfer to another activity.

Our goal is to provide quality programs.  If you are not satisfied with your program, please let us know right away so we can address your concern.  Contact the staff at the community center or email us at recreation@saratoga.ca.us.

Minimum Enrollment/Class Cancellation Policy

The City of Saratoga reserves the right to cancel and classes/activity that does not meet minimum enrollment.  Please register early to avoid class cancellations.  If a class is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
