Construction Updates
The first phase of work on the Quito Village project may begin as soon as Thursday, July 7. Demolition of existing buildings is expected to last 7 weeks. Neighbors can expect to see intermittent truck traffic from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Once demolition is complete, grading and site work will begin. This involves earth-moving, hauling away excess dirt, cutting future streets, and building pads. This stage of construction should last a few weeks before work transitions to installing the new sewer, storm drain, water, and electrical systems.
Questions or concerns about construction can be directed to Vaughn Campilli, Senior Superintendent Tilton Pacific, at 916.824.5757.
