The September 20 City Council meeting agenda is available on the City website. Members of the public can participate in person or via Zoom. Participation instructions are available on the meeting agenda. Written comments can be sent to the City Council before the meeting online.
City Council Meeting Previews and Summaries
Stay on top of City Council happenings by subscribing to City Council meeting previews and post-meeting summaries provided through the City of Saratoga’s Hamlet GovCenter. Hamlet is an independent communications platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to review and post agenda information online, making City Council meetings easier to track and understand. You can also sign up to receive City newsletters and notifications when Council and Commission agendas are posted online.
Saratoga Retirement Community Planning Commission Study Session
The Planning Commission will have a study session on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. located at 14500 Fruitvale Avenue, which will adjourn and resume at the Civic Theater at 7:30 p.m. as the set time for a study session on the Saratoga Retirement Community Master Plan Update. 6:00 p.m.: Site visit at 14500 Fruitvale Avenue. There will be no option for remote participation for this part of the meeting.
7:30 p.m.: Study session resumes at the Civic Theater at 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, CA 95070. The public can also participate in the meeting remotely using the following access information.

Comments can be submitted at: www.saratoga.ca.us/PCcomment. In order to be included in the Planning Commission agenda packets and shared with all members of the Commission, written communications should be filed by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21st. Comments received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 25th will be included in the September 27th supplemental meeting packet. A copy of any material provided to the Planning Commission at the study session will be available on the City website and on file at Saratoga Planning Department, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga.
