Saratoga Retirement Community Planning Commission Study Session
The Planning Commission will have a study session on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. located at 14500 Fruitvale Avenue, which will adjourn and resume at the Civic Theater at 7:30 p.m. as the set time for a study session on the Saratoga Retirement Community Master Plan Update. 6:00 p.m.: Site visit at 14500 Fruitvale Avenue. There will be no option for remote participation for this part of the meeting.
7:30 p.m.: Study session resumes at the Civic Theater at 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga, CA 95070. The public can also participate in the meeting remotely using the following access information.

In order to be included in the Planning Commission agenda packets and shared with all members of the Commission, written communications should be filed by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 21st. Comments received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 25th will be included in the September 27th supplemental meeting packet. A copy of any material provided to the Planning Commission at the study session will be available on the City website and on file at Saratoga Planning Department, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue, Saratoga. Students in grades kindergarten through 12 who live or attend school in Saratoga are invited to participate in the Saratoga Loves Poetry contest! Winners in each age category will be selected to receive prizes and have their poems showcased by the City in November. Submissions are due October 1.
